Hornsey & Highgate FC were founded in 2013 and play their home games at Highgate Woods Playing Fields, Muswell Hill Road N10 3JN.

The club is affiliated to the London FA and is a member of the Barnet Sunday League.

The team currently plays in Division One after achieving promotion from the second division in 2015.
